Week 16 photo story: Our grumpy-puss after vaccinations

Daddy and I took you to the doctor to get your immunisation today. You were so cheery as we waited at the reception, little did you know you had 2 injections and an oral vaccine ahead of you.

You don't like lying down, so Daddy picks you up and holds you upright.

The nurse did your measurements and we find you now weigh 6.5kg and have grown 10.5cm since birth!

The nurse jabbed you in both thighs and you cried so loudly.  My poor boy, it must have been so painful. You looked so stunned and upset afterwards. Daddy and I gave you lots of cuddles to make you feel better but as you can see, you still weren't back to your cheerful self.

We met with Auntie Mandy afterwards and she gave you lots of cuddles too. We had lunch at the food court. I took this photo of you in the stroller while we waited for our food, you looked very unhappy.

Daddy felt sorry for you and held you during lunch.You seemed a bit better in Daddy's arms but not much better.

We went back to Carlingford where you had some playtime with Auntie Mandy. You looked much happier after some play.

We went out for a walk to the nearby park with Auntie Mandy and Charlie. You fell asleep during the ride.
